Official Refund Policy & Terms of Engagement


1. Introduction

This document outlines the terms, conditions, and refund policy governing the engagement between the teacher (“Applicant”) and Humse Padho (“Platform”). By proceeding with registration, the Applicant agrees to abide by all terms stated herein.

2. Structured Selection & No Upfront Fee Policy

Humse Padho follows a transparent and structured selection process. We do not charge any registration fee at the initial stage.

  • Submit and complete your professional teaching profile
  • Profile is reviewed and updated with your consent
  • Attend a demo session conducted by our team
  • Internal evaluation by our academic team
  • Complete the mandatory training module
  • Qualify training assessment with minimum 60/100 score

Only after successful completion of all steps, you will be invited for registration.

After registration, you receive:

  • Official Humse Padho Certification
  • Lifetime platform access
  • Access to student leads & opportunities

We believe in performance-based selection rather than upfront payments.

3. Registration Fee

For India: ₹3000 (INR)

For International Applicants: ₹5000 (INR) or $55 (USD)

The difference in fee is due to:

  • International coordination
  • Time zone management
  • Payment gateway charges
  • Additional support services

This fee includes:

  • Profile creation & activation
  • Certification
  • Access to student leads
  • Platform support services

4. Nature of Engagement

Humse Padho is a platform connecting teachers with students.

  • No fixed class guarantee
  • No fixed income guarantee
  • Opportunities depend on demand, performance & availability

5. Class Allocation & Communication

  • Direct contact details are not shared
  • All communication is handled by coordinators
  • Final allocation is platform’s decision

6. No Guarantee Clause

  • No 100% class guarantee
  • No fixed income or timeline

7. Refund Policy

Refund is applicable only if NO demo class is allotted by the platform within 45 days. If Parents Denied or Disagree after the confirm class.Then also Teacher is eligible for Refund.

In all other cases, the fee is non-refundable, including:

  • No regular classes received
  • Dissatisfaction
  • Change of decision
  • Teacher unavailability

8. Teacher Responsibility

  • Teacher must attend assigned classes
  • Internet/device issues are teacher responsibility
  • Repeated cancellations may lead to removal

9. Exception Handling

Platform may review rare cases at its sole discretion. Decisions are final.

10. Acceptance of Terms

  • You confirm full understanding
  • You agree to all terms
  • You waive conflicting claims

11. Final Authority

  • Policies can be updated anytime
  • All disputes decisions are final

Important Policy for Teachers

Teachers are expected to accept and conduct classes that align with the subjects mentioned in their profile.

If the team assigns a class relevant to your listed subjects, you must make a genuine effort to take the class.

Accepting initial classes helps in:

Building your teaching profile

Generating student response and

Trust increasing future class Opportunities

teacher who repeatedly decline assigned classes (within their subject expertise) may face delays in getting new opportunities.

Refund Clause:If a teacher continuously refuses to take classes related to their mentioned subjects, the company will not be responsible for delays in class allocation, and no refund claims will be entertained on this basis.
